Change log for ModBoot v2.6 (from v2.4)

autoexec.bat:
- You can now put smartdrv.exe (or fdcache.exe for FreeDos) in \bin and it 
  will be auto-loaded.
- Removed bennylevel check (freedos does not support it)

run.bat
- Didn't work in Dos 6.x, changed "for (..) if" into several "if (..) if".
